We are excited to announce that on July 14, 2008, Kramer Professional Staffing formally transitioned its name to Stephen James Associates. As you might recall, Kramer was acquired by Stephen James in December 2006. We opted to not change the name until now to ensure a smooth transition and integration of operations. With plans to open new offices throughout Florida, starting with Palm Beach Gardens in Q4, and the launching of our new Interim Executive/Professional and Sales & Marketing Practices, we have decided the time is right for the change.
Who is Stephen James Associates? We are the newest division of Allegis Group, the largest privately held recruitment company in the U.S. with 250+ offices. Since our inception at the beginning of 2006, we have established a presence in Florida, Kansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Washington D.C. We are pursuing a very aggressive growth strategy with the goal of opening 50 offices to cover 50 states within the next 10 years.
As such, we are looking to enhance our South Florida team with new recruiters and business development professionals.

We have an immediate, ground floor opportunity for a Business Development Manager/Recruiter for our Human Resources Division. This will include servicing clients via both our Interim Executive/Professional and HR permanent placement divisions. We are actively looking to fill this position in our new Palm Beach Gardens office. REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelors in Human Resources, Organizational Development or other
* 5 + years corporate HR experience or agency HR Recruiting experience
* Other HR consulting and or HR related sales experience
* Excellent communications skills
* Demonstrated career progression
* Job Stability a MUST
*** This position requires candidate to perform both business development (outside sales and networking) as well as internal recruiting functions. Candidate will be selling to, networking with, and recruiting other Corporate HR professionals ***
