Defense Support Services LLC (DS2), a Lockheed Martin and Day & Zimmerman Company, has an immediate opening at its Ft. Worth, Texas office for a:
Sr. Pricing Analyst
The successful candidate will support Business Development and current Operational Programs in the analysis, strategy, and formation of cost and price methodologies and models, for eventual submission to U.S. Government entities, as well as commercial and foreign governments, primarily for stand-alone IDIQ type contracts. Management and production of the Cost/Price Volume in response to government requirements. Cost and pricing is focused on the government services industry.
Ten (10) years or more experience working with the FAR, DFARs, Department of Defense, and Defense Contract Audit Agency to include the following:
- In depth understanding of direct and indirect costs; Disclosure statements, allowability and allocation of cost structures; and overhead pool formation.
- In depth knowledge of the Government proposal and contract regulations such as the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR).
- Experience working Overhead pool rate development for a Defense Contractor
- Experience working in five year forecast budget development for a Defense Contractor
- Experience in various Business Management departments for a Defense Contractor
- Must be willing to travel for short duration assignments
- Expert ability in the use and execution of the Microsoft Excel application.
- Knowledge and use of Microsoft applications such as Access, Power Point, and Project.
Bachelors Degree in related discipline required. Masters Degree desired.
